Orders & Shipping
Standard shipping within the US takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days, and overnight shipping delivers within 1 business day. International shipping varies by location (7-28 business days).
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. International orders have varying shipping costs based on destination.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, they enter our processing system. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
Contact our customer service at returns@joyalure.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
We currently replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For other exchanges, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.

Yes! All Joyalure products are 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals and work only with suppliers who share our ethical values.
Many of our products are formulated for sensitive skin. Check individual product descriptions for specific information. We always recommend doing a patch test before full application.
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Unless specified otherwise, room temperature storage is ideal. Always close lids tightly after use to maintain product integrity.

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save favorites, and receive exclusive offers.
